Our Vision: Create an ongoing project of preserving life stories of members of the community.
Each year we select a number of elderly members of our community with an interesting life story that needs to be preserved. We work closely with the individual over several sessions to create an audio memoir of their story. The memoir is audio recorded to capture the details as told by the individual and is established as a documented narrative that marks its place in history.
For the individuals it’s a legacy of their footprint and for their loved ones it’s an important keepsake. For the community it’s an important historical document.

Evervoice Memoirs has been created as a community project with the vision that students participating in it will not only volunteer creating audio memoirs, but also mentor and train younger senior year students. This ensures that the project can be successfully passed on to the next generation.
